Questions we are asked most
FAQDo I need to book an appointment?
We recommend booking ahead so you can secure your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are also welcome, and we’ll see you whenever a slot is available.
What happens at my first appointment?
We review your medical history and concerns, examine your teeth and take X-rays if needed. We then explain the findings, suggest a treatment plan and give you an itemised estimate.
Will my dental treatment hurt?
We use local anaesthesia for fillings, root canals and extractions. If you feel anxious, let your dentist know. We’ll talk through your concerns and help you feel comfortable.
Will I know the cost before treatment begins?
Yes. After examining your teeth, we explain our findings, discuss suitable options and give you an itemised estimate, so you know the expected cost before treatment begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by cash or UPI. Any UPI app works, including Google Pay, PhonePe and Paytm, and payment is made at the clinic.
What should I do if I have a toothache or swelling?
Please call the clinic before you visit. We’ll ask about your symptoms, advise you on what to do next and offer the next available appointment.
